We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff who provided excellent service, the delicious food, and the stunning view. The hotel facilities included a garden area, pool table, and a comfortable lobby filled with antiques. The location was ideal and the hotel provided free tuktuk service to the town center. Parking and safety were satisfactory.

Had a great time during Christmas at this hotel! The first thing that stood out to me was the stunning view - it was honestly breathtaking. I also really appreciated the good service provided by the staff, who were always very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a great location, centrally located and close to many local attractions. the food was very tasty, with a great variety to choose from at each meal.
There were a few things that weren't as great. For example, the rooms could have been cleaner and better equipped with amenities.

This quaint hotel is perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful setting. the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything you need. the rooms are comfortable, with great views of the surrounding area. the hotel offers a free tuktuk service to the nearby town center, which is a great bonus for exploring the local area. the food at the hotel is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. it's a lovely place to stay and unwind.
The noise from the nearby road can be a bit disruptive at times.

Spent my New Year's at a hotel in the hills and had an amazing time. the views from the room were breathtaking and the location made it easy to explore the nearby tea plantations. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. the food was delicious and I couldn't get enough of it.
There were a few negatives. the towels and bedsheets were damp and it made me uncomfortable.
